- Role
- You're contracted directly with Tufluent as an independent contractor, not hired as an employee. You handle your own taxes, and the role doesn't include employee benefits.
- Community Lessons
- Lead live, scheduled group lessons for our community of learners on a consistent weekly commitment, paid at an hourly rate.
- Private Lessons
- You can also offer one-on-one private lessons directly through the platform. Tufluent takes no commission on private lessons — you set the price and keep 100% of what you earn.
- Commitment
- A flexible, part-time weekly schedule that fits alongside your other work.
- Code of Conduct
- Every teacher agrees to show up on time, come prepared, and represent Tufluent with professionalism and respect.
- Outside Teaching
- Your agreement with Tufluent is non-exclusive, so you're free to teach elsewhere too.
- Getting Started
- Email admin@tufluent.com with your resume and the language(s) you'd like to teach. Once you're approved, we'll set you up with your contractor agreement and get you teaching.
