Refund Policy

At Tufluent, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any purchases.
1. Refund Requests for Individual Lessons
Refunds are not issued automatically.
If you are dissatisfied with a private or group lesson, you may request a refund by email.
Refund requests must be sent to admin@tufluent.com.
Eligibility for lesson refunds:
- The teacher did not show up or canceled without rescheduling.
- Technical issues on our platform prevented the lesson from taking place.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Student no-shows or missed lessons.
- Completed lessons where the student simply changed their mind.
- Dissatisfaction with the teaching style after a completed lesson.
2. Refunds for Lesson Packages
Lesson packages (multiple lessons purchased together) are only refundable if no lessons in the package have been started.
Once any lesson from the package has been scheduled or completed, the package becomes non-refundable.
Refund requests for lesson packages must be sent to admin@tufluent.com.
3. Refunds for Purchased Video Courses
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for video course purchases are only available if you have not completed more than 20% of the course.
Refund requests for video courses must be sent to admin@tufluent.com.
Accessing more than 20% of the course or downloading course materials disqualifies the purchase from being eligible for a refund.
4. Refunds for Premium Memberships
Premium membership subscriptions are non-refundable.
Teachers who subscribe to the Premium Membership will receive lower commission rates for their lessons and access to additional benefits.
Premium memberships can be canceled at any time.
If you cancel, you will continue to have access to Premium benefits until the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your membership will revert to the standard plan.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership or after cancellation.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to admin@tufluent.com with the subject line: Refund Request.
Please include the following:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Order details (lesson, package, course, or membership)
- The purchase date
- Reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests promptly.
6. Important Notes
- Refunds, if approved, are returned to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
- By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you agree to abide by this Refund Policy.
